Joey Essex and Sam Faiers’ four-month romance has come ended since
Monday, October 10th, 2011ITV2 producers will produce a one-off show to provide fans of ‘The Only Way is Essex’ the opportunity to catch up on the cast members’ latest relationship highs and lows using a three-month gap since programme last aired in May.
ITV2 bosses are creating a one-off ‘The Only Way is Essex’ special about the cast’s love lives.
A number of the show’s stars have gone through various relationship good and bads ever since the second season finished in May and TV chiefs are worried that fans of the series – which returns to screens in September – could be confused by the changes.
The catch-up special – entitled ‘I Love Essex’ – will feature details of the arguments and tangled love lives that have occurred in the three-month gap between the second and third series. A resource told the Daily Star newspaper: “‘The Only Way Is Essex’ is a reality show, not really a drama. Since the cameras weren’t around when the break-ups happened, they cannot ask the stars to ‘act’ it. “So they’re likely to play catch-up having a show documenting what’s happened over the summer.
” Joey Essex and Sam Faiers’ four-month romance has come ended since ‘TOWIE’ was last on air, and Kirk Norcross and Lauren Pope – who briefly split during series two – have parted ways again. Meanwhile, James ‘Arg’ Argent and Goga Ashkenazi’s three-year on-off romance has returned. Arg recently told BANG Showbiz: “We’re going to begin looking for a place together soon. If I show her some commitment hopefully it’ll convince her just how much she means to me.”
