Major Squash Sponsor Presents New Tournament Package
Clothing and Uniform, one of the major and traditional sponsors of the junior squash development program announced the repackaging of its support for squash and other sports events for 2009. The confirmation of their extended support greatly boosted the confidence of the programme organizers and beneficiaries, especially with their planned involvement in more squash tournaments this year.
A good number of squash players rely heavily on the support of sponsors for their basic gaming requirements. These include uniforms and other everyday garments, footwear and other accessories that make their performance comfortable. They also benefit from squash accessories, equipment and other necessities that are used during trainings. One of the main plans of squash sponsors for this year is to revamp the packaging and the line up of activities of the annual Eric Davis tournament. The plan is to baptize it with a more specific title, tentatively the Mick Davis Schools Squash Invitational Championships.
Clothing and Uniforms are reported to be looking into integration a complete sponsorship package that will maximize the benefits of both the sponsoring company and its beneficiaries. Cecil Garapo explains that the company is crafting a package for the school that will make the most of their resources to better help improve the honing of the players and the development of sport. They plan to augment more accessories other than the basic t-shirts, caps and trophies that they provide.
Clothing and Uniforms has been supporting the local squash tournaments by being a generous sponsor of squash players for more than fifteen years. This year, the company aims to strengthen its advocacy by including in its yearly squash tournament a category for more high school students from across the country. The tournament starts on September and culminates in an exciting championship around October. The company hopes that this new package encourages the development of the sport to influence healthy competition among the youth.
